UX Designer

Key Responsibilities ● User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and competitor analysis to understand user behaviors and needs. ● Wireframing & Prototyping: Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate interaction and design ideas. ● Design System Contribution: Help maintain and evolve the company's design system, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align user experience with business objectives. ● Information Architecture: Organize and structure content and workflows to optimize usability and navigation. ● Usability Testing: Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate designs based on findings. ● Accessibility Standards: Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and best practices. ● Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to our products. Requirements ● 3+ years of experience in UX design, interaction design, or a related field. ● Strong portfolio showcasing UX design work and problem-solving approaches. ● Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. ● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices. ● Experience with conducting user research and applying insights to design decisions. ● Ability to present and communicate design decisions effectively. ● Familiarity with HTML/CSS and responsive design principles is a plus. ● Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or consumer-facing digital products preferred. ● Love of food and cooking is a plus, though not required to thrive in the role.

• 3+ years of UX/interaction design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles, user research, and usability best practices.
• Mandatory experience within the EU region market

• eCommerce or consumer-facing digital product experience, HTML/CSS and responsive design knowledge, familiarity with design systems, and passion for food and cooking.

• Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent design and prototyping tools.
