About the Role

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Strategist to focus on creator coaching and performance optimization within a fast-growing TikTok Shop ecosystem. This role is centered on improving creator output, enhancing content quality, and driving measurable conversion performance.

This is not a creator sourcing role. Instead, the focus is on maximizing the effectiveness of existing creators and helping affiliates produce scalable, high-performing content.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach creators on high-performing TikTok Shop content strategies
  • Review creator videos and deliver clear, actionable performance feedback
  • Develop hooks, angles, scripts, CTAs, and repeatable content frameworks
  • Identify winning creative patterns and scale successful concepts
  • Create training materials, playbooks, and examples for creators
  • Engage with and support creators through community platforms (e.g., Discord)
  • Monitor trends, competitors, and top-performing affiliate content
  • Collaborate with media buying and leadership teams to scale UGC opportunities

Creator Performance Optimization Focus

Support creators in improving:

  • Hook rate
  • Retention
  • Watch time
  • Conversion rate
  • Product storytelling effectiveness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in direct-response creative strategy
  • Deep understanding of TikTok Shop and UGC performance content
  • Experience coaching creators or managing UGC pipelines
  • Strong copywriting and scripting skills
  • Solid grasp of consumer psychology and conversion-driven content
  • Ability to analyze performance data and iterate quickly
  • Strong awareness of TikTok trends, creator behavior, and affiliate ecosystems

Preferred Background

  • Experience within the TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem
  • Background in DTC ecommerce
  • Track record of scaling creator-generated content (paid or organic)
  • Experience managing creator communities or Discord groups

Must-Have Skills

  • Proven direct-response creative strategy experience with deep TikTok Shop and UGC performance content expertise, demonstrated creator coaching or UGC pipeline management, strong copywriting and scripting ability, and understanding of consumer psychology and conversion metrics.

Nice-to-Have

  • TikTok Shop affiliate ecosystem experience, DTC ecommerce background, track record scaling creator-generated content for paid or organic channels, and prior experience managing creator communities or Discord groups.
