We are seeking a Part-Time Paid Ads Designer to support a fast-paced Growth Marketing team across paid social and display advertising initiatives. This is a hands-on production-focused role centered primarily on static ad creative, with opportunities to contribute GIFs and light motion work where needed.
The ideal candidate is highly efficient, performance-minded, and capable of producing large volumes of polished, conversion-focused creative while maintaining strong brand consistency.
This role is best suited for someone comfortable working in high-volume creative environments where iteration speed and responsiveness to performance feedback are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-performing static paid ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid media channels
- Produce supporting GIFs and lightweight motion variants from approved creative concepts
- Adapt and resize creative assets across multiple placements, formats, and aspect ratios
- Iterate quickly on creative based on performance insights and testing feedback from Growth Marketing teams
- Collaborate closely with marketers and creative leads on briefs, concepts, and revisions
- Ensure all creative remains on-brand, visually compelling, and optimized for conversion
Must-Have Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing paid social and digital advertising creative, particularly static ads
- Proven CPG brand experience is required
- Experience designing for food, beverage, kitchen, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of paid ad design best practices including hierarchy, hooks, mobile legibility, and platform specifications
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-volume production environments
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating rapidly based on performance data
- Self-directed, communicative, and reliable in remote contractor environments
- Available to begin within two weeks and commit to 10–20 weekly hours initially
Nice-to-Have
- Motion design experience using After Effects or similar tools
- Familiarity with creative testing workflows and performance-driven iteration processes
- Experience creating GIFs and short-form motion assets for paid media

- TikTok Ads platform, and design tools for multi-format ad production across social and display channels.
