TikTok Shop Operations + LIVE Support Contractor

𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

Our Client is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented TikTok Shop contractor to support the day-to-day operational management of our TikTok Shop business. This role will own the backend TikTok Shop setup, maintenance, compliance, promotions, and LIVE operational execution. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with TikTok Shop Seller Center, TikTok Shop LIVE functionality, ecommerce operations, and fast-paced beauty/consumer brands.

𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

●Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop backend operations and Seller Center maintenance

●Set up and QA all new product listings, bundles, kits, and promotional offers

●Own product detail page setup, SKU mapping, imagery uploads, descriptions, and category accuracy

●Monitor order health, fulfillment status, cancellations, fraud/risk alerts, and operational issues

●Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed products, compliance issues, and catalog rejections

𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴:

●Flash sales

●Coupons

●Affiliate offers

●Campaign registrations

●Platform deal submissions

●Exemptions and approvals

●Build and maintain bundles, GWPs, samples, and promotional kits

●Execute thorough QA testing before launches and promotions go live

●Monitor platform changes, policy updates, and TikTok Shop best practices

●Support inventory coordination and product availability management

●Maintain operational calendars and launch checklists

𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗧𝗼𝗸 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗟𝗜𝗩𝗘 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁

Support operational setup and execution for TikTok Shop LIVE events

Configure LIVE backend components including:

●Product pinning

●Flash sales

●Stickers

●Countdown timers

●LIVE-exclusive offers

●Deal modules

●Product sequencing

●Moderate LIVE sessions in real time and troubleshoot operational issues during broadcasts

●Monitor LIVE performance and sales pacing during events

●Pull and analyze LIVE reporting and performance metrics post-event

●Partner with marketing, creators, and ecommerce teams to optimize conversion during LIVE events

●Recommend operational improvements and testing opportunities for future LIVEs

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀

●Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center required

●Prior experience managing TikTok Shop operations for a beauty, fashion, wellness, or consumer brand strongly preferred

●Familiarity with TikTok Shop LIVE backend tools and LIVE commerce operations

●Strong attention to detail and ability to QA promotional setups accurately

●Comfortable operating and executing independently in a fast-moving environment

●Strong communication and organization skills

●Experience with Shopify and ecommerce operations is a plus

●Familiarity with affiliate/creator commerce workflows preferred

●Extremely proactive and solutions-oriented

●Comfortable moving quickly and juggling multiple launches/promotions simultaneously

●Deep understanding of TikTok commerce trends and operational best practices

●Excited by startup-style environments and rapid testing/iteration

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center expertise with proven experience managing backend operations, product listings, promotions, and compliance for a beauty, fashion, wellness, or consumer brand.

Nice-to-Have

  • TikTok Shop LIVE backend configuration, Shopify/ecommerce operations, affiliate and creator commerce workflows, and deep familiarity with TikTok commerce trends and best practices.
