About the Role

• We are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Retoucher to support a creative team during a high-volume production period. This short-term freelance opportunity is ideal for someone with strong experience in beauty and cosmetics retouching, particularly on model photography, with a keen eye for detail, color accuracy, and premium brand presentation.

• The ideal candidate understands how to enhance imagery while maintaining natural skin texture, makeup integrity, and overall product authenticity.

Key Responsibilities

• Retouch beauty and cosmetics photography for digital and marketing use
• Maintain realistic skin texture and accurate product color representation
• Ensure consistency with established brand and visual guidelines
• Manage and organize files efficiently within shared systems and workflows
• Deliver high-quality retouched assets within tight turnaround times
• Collaborate closely with creative and production teams during peak production periods

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong professional portfolio showcasing beauty/cosmetics retouching
• Experience retouching model photography with a natural, polished finish
• Strong understanding of skin retouching, color correction, and product accuracy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Excellent file organization and delivery practices
• Availability throughout the contract period: June 10 – July 15

• Experience using digital asset management (DAM) systems such as Canto
• Familiarity with brand guideline compliance and production workflows
• Experience collaborating with remote creative teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Canto (or similar DAM platforms)
