AI Image Generation & Retouching Specialist | Full-Time | Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Image Generation & Retouching Specialist to lead the creation and enhancement of high-quality visual assets for ecommerce, advertising, and marketing campaigns.

This role blends generative AI expertise with advanced retouching and compositing skills to produce visually compelling, conversion-driven creative at scale. The ideal candidate is both technically strong and creatively sharp, with the ability to rapidly iterate and refine concepts while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality AI-driven imagery for ecommerce, paid social, and marketing campaigns
• Rapidly iterate across multiple creative concepts and visual directions
• Retouch, refine, and enhance AI-generated outputs using advanced Photoshop techniques
• Ensure realism, consistency in lighting, textures, and overall visual quality
• Produce conversion-focused creatives optimized for performance marketing
• Train or customize AI models and workflows when required
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative and marketing teams
• Develop and maintain scalable prompt systems and iteration workflows

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong proficiency with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar)
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills, including high-level retouching and photo compositing
• Proven experience producing commercial AI-generated imagery for ecommerce, paid social, or advertising campaigns
• Strong understanding of lighting, realism, textures, and product rendering
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality AI-generated visuals and post-production work
• Ability to quickly iterate across multiple creative directions and concepts

Deal Breakers

• Lack of advanced Photoshop and compositing skills
• No portfolio demonstrating commercial AI-generated work
• Inability to iterate quickly across creative concepts for ecommerce or advertising

• Proficiency with Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, or Flux; advanced Photoshop and compositing skills; proven experience producing commercial AI-generated imagery for ecommerce, paid social, or advertising campaigns; strong grasp of lighting, realism, and product rendering.

• Experience with ComfyUI or custom AI workflows
• Experience training or customizing AI models
• Strong experimentation mindset with rapid iteration processes
• Active presence or portfolio on platforms such as Behance or similar creative communities

• Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Flux, Adobe Photoshop, and photo compositing software.
