About the Role
A highly operational TikTok-native creator marketing operator who can:
- scale creator ecosystems
- manage UGC pipelines
- support TikTok Shop growth
- drive social commerce
- connect content to conversion
This is NOT a traditional marketing manager role. We want someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling, engage, and buy.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years in: Creator marketing, Influencer ecosystems, TikTok marketing and Social-first brands
- Deep understanding of TikTok culture, UGC systems, Creator behavior and Social commerce
- Experience managing Creators, Affiliates, UGC pipelines, Product seeding, and Creator workflows
- Strong understanding of Engagement, Conversion-focused content, Viral hooks, and Social-first storytelling
- Experience supporting TikTok Shop, TikTok Lives, Affiliate activations, Creator campaigns
- Strong operational mindset: high content volume, fast execution, workflow management
- Has managed Junior team members
- Cross-functional collaboration
