About the Role
We are seeking a mid-to-senior Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close. This role is ideal for a strong full-cycle seller who is equally comfortable managing inbound opportunities and generating outbound pipeline.
You will work directly with founders and leadership while building long-term relationships with e-commerce brands, agencies, and TikTok Shop sellers. This role offers strong ownership, growth opportunities, and direct impact on company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle including prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing, and customer handoff
- Manage warm inbound leads generated through website, marketplace, and partner channels
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns targeting qualified brands and agencies within assigned territories
- Deliver tailored product demos aligned to customer creator strategy, revenue goals, and operational pain points
- Build and nurture long-term commercial relationships with agencies, channel partners, and strategic accounts
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM hygiene
- Collaborate closely with founders, product, and customer success teams to provide market feedback and customer insights
Must-Have Skills
- 3–6+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience as a Sales Executive, Account Manager, or Partnerships Manager
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota in SaaS environments
- Strong experience managing both inbound and outbound sales motions
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal, with experience selling to U.S.-based clients
- Comfortable running demos and tailoring messaging to multiple buyer personas including DTC founders, agencies, and marketing leaders
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments
- Based in Latin America with strong overlap with U.S. business hours
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling into e-commerce, DTC, retail, or marketing technology sectors
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or the creator economy ecosystem
- Background in partnerships, channel sales, or agency-led go-to-market strategies
- Experience working at early-stage or YC-backed startups
- Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency
