Casting Director (Creator manager)

Job Title: Casting director or Creator manager Type: Full-time; Remote Industry: Beauty

Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic individual with a "keen eye" for trends and strong negotiation skills. Your mission will be to identify content creators who best represent our brand values, establish initial contact, and close mutually beneficial commercial deals. You will serve as the bridge between our brand and the digital talent ecosystem.

*Key Responsibilities:*

● Talent Identification: Monitor platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to discover emerging and established creators that align with the brand.

● Profile Auditing: Analyze quality metrics (engagement rate, audience authenticity, and demographics) to ensure return on investment (ROI).

● Contract Negotiation: Lead commercial conversations, managing budgets, image rights terms, exclusivity, and deliverables.

● Relationship Management: Maintain fluid and professional communication with creators and talent agencies (MCNs).

● Benchmarking: Stay up to date with market rates and competitor tactics.

*Requirements (Hard & Soft Skills):*

● Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in similar roles (marketing agencies, communications, or partnership departments). Handle creators in the US market.

● Basic Legal Knowledge: Understanding of service contracts and intellectual property rights in digital media.

● Communication Skills: Ability to sell a vision and persuade others.

● Passion for Social Media: You must be an active user who understands the current language and trends of each platform.
