We’re hiring 2 elite video editors to join a fast-growing UK-based female health & wellness brand.

This is not for beginners.

We’re looking for editors who live and breathe direct response content. People who understand performance, hooks, pacing, retention, and what actually converts, not just what looks “nice.”

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗕𝗲 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:

You’ll be producing a wide range of direct response ad creatives, including:

● UGC (direct-to-camera style ads)

● Voiceover ads with b-roll

● Cartoon/animated ads

● AI-generated UGC ads

● Fully AI-generated ads

Everything is performance-driven, optimized for paid social (Meta)

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:

You are:

● An expert-level video editor (not intermediate)

● Deeply familiar with direct response marketing

● Able to create scroll-stopping hooks within 1–3 seconds

● Strong with storytelling, pacing, and retention

● Detail-obsessed when it comes to captions, sound design, and visuals

● Fast, reliable, and consistent under deadlines

𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

● Editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)

● Captions/subtitles

● Stock footage & b-roll

● Sound effects & music

● AI tools (for UGC and creative production)

We’ll provide access to any software you need.

𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄 & 𝗧𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀:

● We use Notion for briefs, content planning, and organization (Experience is a plus, but we can train you)

• An expert-level video editor (not intermediate)
