Role summary: We are hiring a paid media operator to own Meta and Google end to end. We're looking for someone senior enough to own strategy, architecture, and accountability, who works efficiently because they leverage AI-assisted workflows to handle analysis, reporting, and account hygiene.

The right person has run Meta accounts at scale, has strong account architecture instincts, can be trusted with budget management without supervision, and is genuinely fluent in (or eager to operationalize) AI tools as part of how they work. Comfort with continuously up skilling AI agents as the tooling evolves is part of the job, not a nice-to-have.

What this role owns:

  • Meta account strategy, architecture, and day-to-day management
  • Google Ads management (PMAX and non brand, with branded harvest discipline)
  • Budget management and pacing
  • Creative testing strategy: test design, graduation rules into scale campaigns
  • Account hygiene: attribution settings, campaign structure, ad set duplication, audience strategy
  • Weekly performance reads with hypotheses and recommended actions, not just

numbers

  • Monthly creative performance reporting as a standing deliverable
  • Strategic input on landing pages, offers, and audience strategy
  • Coordination with internal creative resources on what to test next

What we're not asking for:

  • 40 hours a week in the platform, AI Agents should handle most if not all admin with supervision
  • Creative production (we have that covered)
  • Strategy that requires a team to support (this is an operator role, not an agency lead role)

The AI-assisted workflow:

We are building this role around an AI-assisted workflow. Some foundational AI agents will be built and pressure-tested by the Head of Growth before being handed off. Once handed off, the operator is responsible for:

  • Using the agents in daily and weekly workflows for analysis, reporting, and hygiene

checks

  • Continuously up skilling and refining the agents as Meta, Google, and the AI tooling evolves
  • Maintaining transparency about what the agents are doing and where their judgment is being trusted vs. overridden

This is not a black box role. The Head of Growth will remain conversant in how the agents work and what they're producing. The operator owns the operating model going forward and is expected to make it better over time.

REQUIREMENTS:

The right candidate likely has:

  • 5+ years managing Meta accounts at $1M+ annual spend
  • Experience with DTC brands, ideally beauty, personal care, or fragrance
  • Direct experience with Google Ads (PMAX, nonbrand)
  • Comfort with attribution complexity and the realities of post-iOS14 measurement
  • Strong written communication (we run in Slack, not on calls)
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools in media buying workflows, OR a clear track record of adopting new tools quickly and a real curiosity about where AI is heading in this space
  • Operator mindset: takes ownership of the account, surfaces issues proactively, doesn't wait to be asked

Working style:

  • Slack-first. Async by default. Meetings only when async won't work.
  • Weekly written check-in on performance, hypotheses, and recommended actions.
  • Monthly creative performance report.
  • Direct line to the Head of Growth, no intermediary.
  • Comfortable being challenged and challenging back. We pressure-test

recommendations before acting on them. The right person sees that as how the work gets sharper, not as friction.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management experience with $1M+ annual ad spend
  • Strong experience managing DTC / eCommerce paid media accounts
  • Proven expertise with Meta Ads strategy, account structure, scaling, and optimization
  • Direct experience managing Google Ads including PMAX and non-brand acquisition campaigns
  • Strong understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, and post-iOS14 measurement challenges
  • Experience with budget pacing, ROAS optimization, audience strategy, and campaign hygiene
  • Ability to design and manage creative testing frameworks and scaling processes
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to provide performance insights, hypotheses, and action plans

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with beauty, personal care, skincare, fragrance, or wellness DTC brands
  • Experience scaling high-growth eCommerce brands with aggressive acquisition goals
  • Familiarity with AI agents, automation workflows, and prompt optimization for media buying
  • Experience with attribution tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, or Hyros
  • Experience using AI tools like OpenAI, Claude, or workflow automation tools for reporting and analysis
  • Familiarity with landing page optimization and CRO strategy
