About the Role

We are hiring an Affiliate Operations Specialist to serve as the technical backbone of our creator and affiliate programs. This role sits within the Brand Marketing team and reports directly to senior marketing leadership.

You will focus on backend operations, ensuring accurate performance tracking, clean data integrity, and compliant content usage across a growing creator ecosystem. This role is critical to maintaining operational excellence as the affiliate and creator program continues to scale.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Management

  • Own day-to-day operations across affiliate and creator platforms including TikTok Shop, LTK, ShopMy, Instagram, Awin, and related tools
  • Ensure products, offers, tracking links, and campaigns are accurately configured and consistently updated

Onboarding & Sampling

  • Design and maintain product seeding and sampling workflows
  • Review and approve affiliate and creator applications
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new creators and partners

Asset Management & Compliance

  • Maintain organized libraries of creative assets and content
  • Track usage rights, licensing, and expiration timelines
  • Ensure all creator content aligns with brand guidelines, FTC disclosure requirements, and platform policies

Financial Operations

  • Coordinate commission structures, promotional offers, and incentive programs with internal teams
  • Manage monthly commission calculations and validate payouts
  • Reconcile discrepancies and ensure financial accuracy across platforms

Analytics & Troubleshooting

  • Build and maintain performance dashboards across platforms
  • Conduct regular QA checks on tracking, links, and attribution
  • Identify and resolve tracking issues, broken links, and data inconsistencies

TikTok Shop Operations

  • Support product catalog management and optimization
  • Configure creator commissions, campaigns, and coupon strategies
  • Provide operational support for live shopping events and campaigns

Process Documentation

  • Develop and maintain SOPs for onboarding, sampling workflows, and financial reconciliation
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
  • Cross-Functional Support
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for Creator Partnerships, Customer - Support, Finance, and Marketing teams
  • Provide clear communication and troubleshooting support across departments

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate operations, creator program management, e-commerce operations, or a similar role
  • Hands-on experience with at least one affiliate or creator platform (e.g., TikTok Shop, LTK, Awin, Impact, Rakuten, Shopify Collabs, or similar)
  • Strong proficiency with tools and systems used for tracking, reporting, and campaign management
  • Comfort using AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze performance, and maintain data accuracy
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on process, documentation, and quality assurance
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with at least one affiliate or creator platform (e.g., TikTok Shop, LTK, Awin, Impact, Rakuten, Shopify collabs, or similar).
  • Comfort working with AI tools to streamline workflows, analyze performance, and maintain clean, accurate program data.
  • High attention to detail with a strong bias for process, documentation, and QA.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners.

Nice-to-Have

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in affiliate operations, creator programs, e-commerce operations, or a similar technical/ops role
  • Hands-on experience with affiliate/creator platforms (at least one), such as TikTok Shop, LTK, Awin, Impact, Rakuten, or Shopify Collabs
  • Strong understanding of tracking & attribution (links, commissions, performance data, QA)
  • Experience managing backend operations (campaign setup, links, product catalog, commissions, etc.)
  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, QA, and data integrity
  • Process-driven mindset with experience creating or following SOPs and workflows
  • Experience with reporting & analytics (dashboards, performance tracking, troubleshooting issues)
  • Comfort using AI/tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, and maintain clean data
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills (working with marketing, finance, support teams)
  • Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Availability to work PST hours (9 AM – 5 PM)
