About the Role
Design, build, and maintain a scalable Power BI reporting and analytics environment integrated with NetSuite ERP to support executive, financial, operational, sales, and warehouse reporting. Responsible for building dashboards, KPI frameworks, data models, reporting automation, validation processes, and maintaining a centralized “single source of truth” reporting ecosystem for the business.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years hands-on Power BI development experience
- Proven experience integrating:
- Power BI with NetSuite ERP
- Strong proficiency in:
- DAX
- Power Query (M language)
- SQL
- Data modeling
- Experience with:
- NetSuite SuiteAnalytics Connect
- ODBC/JDBC integrations
- NetSuite REST API / SuiteTalk
- Strong understanding of ERP and operational data structures:
- GL
- AR/AP
- Inventory
- Orders
- Fulfillment
- Operational KPIs
- Experience building:
- Executive dashboards
- Operational reporting
- KPI scorecards
- Reporting automation
- Ability to:
- Reconcile reporting data
- Validate reporting outputs
- Troubleshoot data inconsistencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
