About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Performance Creative Strategist to own the creative strategy behind paid acquisition campaigns for fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.

This is not a traditional brand strategy or organic social role. You will be responsible for building, testing, optimizing, and scaling performance-driven creative across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You will work closely with media buyers, editors, designers, content creators, and founders to continuously generate winning ad concepts and improve acquisition efficiency.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing creative strategy for 7 to 9-figure DTC brands and understands how to translate performance data into creative decisions that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

i. Performance Creative Strategy:

  • Develop and execute paid creative strategies across Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Create scalable creative testing frameworks to identify winning concepts, hooks, offers, angles, and formats.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions on what to scale, iterate, refresh, or discontinue.
  • Build and maintain structured creative roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth targets.
  • Identify creative trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities to improve campaign performance.

ii. Creative Testing & Optimization:

  • Own creative testing calendars and experimentation frameworks.
  • Develop systematic approaches for:

Hook testing, Offer testing, Angle testing, and Format testing

  • Audience-specific creative testing
  • Monitor creative fatigue and implement proactive refresh strategies.
  • Continuously improve winning creatives through structured iteration processes.

iii. Creative Production Leadership

  • Write detailed creative briefs for:

Video editors, Graphic designers, UGC creators, Influencers, and Founder talent

  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure rapid asset delivery and testing velocity.
  • Guide creators and talent to capture performance-focused content aligned with campaign goals.
  • Manage high-volume creative production pipelines across multiple products and categories.

iv. Performance Analysis

  • Evaluate creative effectiveness using key paid media metrics, including:

CPA | ROAS | MER | CAC | AOV | CPM | Frequency | Hook Rate | Hold Rate

  • Translate ad account insights into actionable creative recommendations.
  • Partner closely with media buying teams to improve overall account performance.

v. Systems & Process Development

  • Build and maintain:

Creative libraries, Creative scorecards, Testing roadmaps, Briefing systems, Ad fatigue management frameworks and Workhorse creative systems

  • Establish repeatable processes that support scalable creative output and testing efficiency.
  • Document best practices and creative learnings for ongoing optimization.

Requirements:

i. Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Performance Creative Strategy, Creative Strategy, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Proven experience managing paid creative for 7- to 9-figure DTC e-commerce brands.
  • Strong experience within one or more of the following industries:

Beauty, Haircare, Fashion, Accessories, and Consumer Products

  • Demonstrated success improving paid acquisition performance through creative strategy and testing.
  • Experience managing high-velocity creative production environments.

ii. Technical & Strategic Expertise

  • Deep understanding of:

Paid social creative systems Creative testing methodologies Ad fatigue management Performance creative iteration frameworks Creative scalability

  • Ability to confidently make:

Scaling decisions, Testing decisions, Creative refresh decisions, and Asset retirement decisions directly from ad account performance data.

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort interpreting complex performance metrics.

iii. Platform Expertise:

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

Meta Ads Manager | TikTok Ads Manager | Google Ads iv. Required Tools:

  • Meta Ads | TikTok Ads | Google Ads | CapCut | Triple Whale | Northbeam | Motion Analytics | Foreplay

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with founder-led brands and founder-driven content strategies.
  • Experience directing creators, influencers, or founders on camera.
  • Experience scaling multiple DTC brands across different product categories.
  • Experience building internal creative systems and operational frameworks from scratch.
  • Familiarity with advanced attribution and measurement strategies.
