About the Role

Job Title: Brand Production Designer

Job Type: Part-time / Remote

Work Hours: 16 hours per week

Job Overview:

We’re helping our client find a Brand Production Designer to support their Creative Studio within the Brand & Marketing organization. In this role, you will execute branded materials and finalize creative projects while contributing to a high-quality, consistent brand experience across all channels.

Responsibilities: -Assist the Brand Design team with executing design deliverables on all owned and paid channels (paid, organic, email, landing pages, etc).

-Work closely with our Creative Studio + Marketing Team in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

-Be an advocate for visual consistency and top-notch delivery to help strengthen brand image, loyalty, and recognition.

-Collaborate with the Growth team to execute high-quality deliverables that support the business on lifecycle and paid channels.

-Collaborate with the Platform team to create and maintain a cohesive and consistent brand experience between Brand, Marketing and Product.

-Assess project specifics and briefs, and create a final product that adheres to those requirements.

-Deliver various formats of supplied artwork production-ready and resolve any artwork issues that arise during production.

-Prioritize work and resources across various projects, all while delivering detailed assets on time and within asset management systems (Google Drive, Asana, etc).

Must-Have Skills

  • A bachelor’s degree in design or other related studies, with 3+ years working in a design-focused agency, in-house, or start up.
  • Fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Google Suite.
  • Body of design work that exhibits a developed sense of range, scale, and aesthetic.
  • Robust understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
  • Highly collaborative team player who is able to work independently and collectively, prioritize accordingly, and iterate quickly.
  • Demonstrable design thinking and detailed design execution skills.
  • Experience handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Engage in constructive design critiques.
  • Incorporate feedback and take direction well.
