Role Summary / Job Overview Own the visual identity of BGV across Amazon and other e-commerce marketplaces — from scroll-stopping product carousels to immersive A+ Content and AI-powered video.

Our Omni-channel Marketplace division is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Marketplace Graphic Designer to elevate our Amazon.com and Walmart.com storefront and listings through compelling visuals that convert curious browsers into interested buyers and committed subscribers!

You’ll work closely with our agency partners on our internal brand team to produce high-quality creative assets — keeping our product pages fresh, on-brand, and optimized for the marketplace algorithm and the customer experience alike.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities ● Take creative ownership of BGV’s visual presence across multiple marketplaces, including Amazon and Walmart — ensuring every touchpoint reflects the brand with intention and quality ● Design and refresh product listing image and short video carousels that highlight benefits, ingredients, and differentiation clearly and compellingly ● Build and update A+ Content and Brand Story modules that elevate the BGV brand narrative and improve conversion rates ● Create Amazon Storefront assets including banners, category tiles, and promotional graphics ● Maintain visual consistency across the full BGV product catalog — ensuring cohesive design language, color, typography, and tone are applied uniformly across all SKUs and platforms ● Produce short-form AI-generated product videos for listing pages, Sponsored Brand ads, and social repurposing What Success Looks Like / Expectations ● Brand & Visual Consistency - Ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines about our main demographic — maintaining visual coherence across dozens of SKUs and asset types. ● AI Image and Video Generation - Proficiency with AI image and video tools (e.g., Nano Banana, Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar) to produce still images and 3-6 short product videos a month without a full production crew. ● Organization & Asset Management - Ability to manage a high volume of assets across a large product catalog — keeping files structured, versioned, and easy for the team to find and use. ● Performance Awareness - Understanding of how creative impacts CTR, CVR, and ROAS — and comfort iterating based on A/B test results or agency feedback.

Must-Have Skills

  • Who You Are / Must Have Skills
  • ● Adobe / Figma Proficiency - Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or Figma for layout, compositing, and asset production. Motion/After Effects for animating banner ads.
  • ● Self-Starter Mindset - Comfortable taking initiative — identifying what needs to be updated or improved without waiting to be asked, and proactively moving work forward with minimal hand-holding.
