We are a US based, technology-driven company operating in the print and e-commerce space, managing a portfolio of multiple online brands and serving small to medium-sized businesses across a wide range of industries.
Our product offering includes business cards, flyers, signage, packaging, apparel, and other custom print solutions produced through a network of in-house manufacturing facilities across the United States.
We are focused on scaling our outbound sales function and building a high-performance sales team that drives new customer acquisition and long-term business growth.
Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) to support outbound sales and lead generation efforts. This role is responsible for identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers across target industries through high-volume outbound outreach.
The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold calling, highly target-driven, and motivated by building pipeline and generating new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Manage daily activity levels of approximately 100–200 outbound dials
- Identify and qualify prospects across target industries including manufacturers, creative agencies, schools, universities, salons, and other SMB sectors
- Understand customer pain points, current vendors, and print/marketing material needs
- Position the company’s products and services effectively against competitors
- Schedule appointments for deeper business analysis and pricing discussions
- Support pricing comparisons against existing vendors and coordinate sample requests where relevant
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy outbound sales pipeline
- Accurately track outreach activity and lead progression within CRM systems

Compensation: Competitive Base Salary + Commission
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or BDR/SDR roles
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Comfortable with high call volumes and performance-based environments
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
- Experience selling to SMB or B2B customers is highly preferred
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
