About the Role
Job Title: Social-First Video Editor & Graphic Designer (AI-Native) Location: Remote Type: Contractor / Full-Time
Role Overview We're looking for an AI-native, social-first video editor and graphic designer to produce high-performing creative across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form social channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes social content, moves fast, and uses AI tools as a core part of their creative workflow to ship more, iterate faster, and raise the quality bar.
Key Responsibilities: • Edit short-form vertical video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) optimized for hooks, retention, and platform-native performance.
• Design social graphics, motion assets, thumbnails, story frames, carousels, and supporting brand visuals.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI, Descript, Topaz) to accelerate production, enhance assets, and explore new creative formats.
• Translate briefs into multiple creative variations quickly to support testing and iteration.
• Stay current on social trends, audio, visual styles, and editing techniques, and apply them to brand-aligned content.
• Collaborate with social, brand, and content teams on creative direction, feedback, and asset delivery.
• Maintain organized asset libraries, version control, and ensure consistent file delivery.
What We're Looking For • Proven experience as a social-first video editor and/or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content.
• AI-native creative workflow with demonstrated use of generative AI tools across video, image, audio, and motion.
• Strong understanding of short-form video pacing, hooks, captions, sound design, and platform best practices.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or tools such as CapCut, Figma, and similar platforms.
• Strong eye for typography, layout, color, and maintaining brand consistency across both video and static formats.
• Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple deliverables, and handle revisions in a fast-paced environment.
Submission Requirements: *Portfolio link (required), showcasing recent social-first video and graphic design work.

Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience as a social-first video editor and/or graphic designer, with a strong portfolio of TikTok, Reels, or Shorts content.
- AI-native creative workflow with demonstrated use of generative AI tools across video, image, audio, and motion.
- Strong understanding of short-form video pacing, hooks, captions, sound design, and platform best practices.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or tools such as CapCut, Figma, and similar platforms.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with fashion or beauty brands.
- Experience producing creative content for DTC, lifestyle, or celebrity-led consumer brands.
- Motion design and 2D animation skills.
