About the Role
Client Success & Sales Account Manager | Location: Latin America (Remote) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Openings: Multiple
Overview
We are seeking dynamic, relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Client Success & Sales Account Managers. This role blends outbound sales, account management, and client relationship building. The ideal candidate is confident in client-facing interactions, highly organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales and discovery calls with prospective clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
- Follow up consistently with leads and active accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently
- Represent the organization professionally across video calls, email, and phone interactions
Requirements:
- Based in Latin America
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills
- Prior experience in sales, account management, customer success, hospitality, recruiting, or client services
- Comfortable leading video and phone conversations daily
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Relationship-oriented and customer-focused mindset
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
- Background in banking, fintech, financial services, or wealth management is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
