Client Success & Sales Account Manager | Location: Latin America (Remote) | Employment Type: Full-Time | Openings: Multiple

Overview

We are seeking dynamic, relationship-driven professionals to join our team as Client Success & Sales Account Managers. This role blends outbound sales, account management, and client relationship building. The ideal candidate is confident in client-facing interactions, highly organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales and discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a smooth experience
  • Follow up consistently with leads and active accounts
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage pipeline updates
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs efficiently
  • Represent the organization professionally across video calls, email, and phone interactions

Requirements:

  • Based in Latin America
  • Fluent or near-native English communication skills
  • Prior experience in sales, account management, customer success, hospitality, recruiting, or client services
  • Comfortable leading video and phone conversations daily
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional presence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Relationship-oriented and customer-focused mindset
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
  • Background in banking, fintech, financial services, or wealth management is a strong advantage
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred
