Job Type: Full-Time / Remote
Work Hours: US Hours - 9-5 PST
Job Overview:
We’re helping our client find a Client Success & Sales Account Manager.
This role combines outbound sales, account management, and customer relationship building. The ideal candidate is polished, confident on video and phone calls, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
•Conduct outbound sales and discovery calls with prospective clients
•Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
•Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
•Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless client experience
•Follow up consistently with leads and active accounts
•Maintain CRM records and pipeline updates
•Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs quickly
•Represent the Banking brand professionally across Zoom, email, and phone interactions
Must-Have Skills
- Based in Mexico City, Argentina, or Latin America
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, hospitality, recruiting, or client services
- Comfortable leading Zoom and phone conversations daily
- Strong interpersonal skills and executive presence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, charismatic, and relationship-oriented personality
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or wealth management is a strong plus
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a plus
- CRM experience preferred (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Naturally personable and engaging
- Professional and polished communicator
