About the Role We are seeking a polished, relationship-driven Client Success & Sales Account Manager to join a fast-growing international company in the financial services space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing environments, enjoys building strong relationships, and can confidently manage conversations with high-level clients.
You’ll serve as a key point of contact for prospects and clients — guiding conversations, building trust, managing accounts, and ensuring an exceptional client experience from onboarding through ongoing relationship management.
We’re looking for someone professional, highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead daily Zoom and phone conversations with prospects and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
- Support sales conversations, follow-ups, onboarding, and account management
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client experiences
- Manage pipelines, notes, and follow-ups within the CRM
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and urgency
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow-through
- Represent the company confidently in all client-facing interactions
Must-Have Skills
- Based in Mexico City, Argentina, or Latin America
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills
- Previous experience in Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Hospitality, Recruiting, or Client Services
- Comfortable leading Zoom and phone conversations daily
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, charismatic, and polished communication style
- Comfortable working in a startup or fast-moving environment
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Background in banking, fintech, financial services, or wealth management
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Strong executive presence and confidence on camera
