About the Role
Client Success & Sales Account Manager
About Role: Our Client is a fast-growing financial services company focused on delivering a modern, high-touch client experience. We are looking for energetic, relationship-driven professionals who thrive in client-facing environments and know how to build trust quickly.
This role combines outbound sales, account management, and customer relationship building. The ideal candidate is polished, confident on video and phone calls, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales and discovery calls with prospective clients
- Manage and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Coordinate client onboarding and ensure a seamless experience
- Follow up consistently with leads and active accounts
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
- Represent the Company professionally across Zoom, email, and phone interactions
Requirements:
- Based in Mexico City, Argentina, or Latin America
- Fluent or near-native English communication skills
- Previous experience in sales, account management, customer success, hospitality, recruiting, or client services
- Comfortable leading Zoom and phone conversations daily
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Professional, charismatic, and relationship-focused personality
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is an advantage
- Experience in banking, fintech, financial services, or wealth management is strongly preferred
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred
