About the Role

Position: Amazon & TikTok Shop Specialist Location: Remote (Global) Employment Type: Full-Time Type of contract: Independent contractor 🌎 Work from any corner of the world and be a part of the #remoteworkrevolution!‼️ SCOPE OF THE ROLE We’re hiring a dedicated Amazon & TikTok Shop Specialist who lives and breathes these platforms. You know the algorithms, ad consoles, policy nuances, and growth levers inside and out. This isn’t a generalist role — you’re the person the team turns to for deep channel expertise, advanced advertising strategy, and proven playbooks for scaling revenue across two of the fastest-growing ecommerce marketplaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES Amazon Own Amazon content operations including catalog management, SEO, A+ / Premium A+ Content, Brand Story, and Storefront optimization Build, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns with a focus on profitability, ROAS, and market share growth Monitor and protect brand health by handling unauthorized sellers, MAP enforcement, and Brand Registry issues Manage FBA inventory planning, restock limits, inbound shipment coordination, and removal orders Analyze search term reports, share of voice, and competitor positioning to guide growth strategy Drive compliant review acquisition strategies using tools and programs such as Vine and Request a Review Monitor account health metrics and proactively resolve any account-related risks or violations TikTok Shop Build and scale TikTok Shop operations including product listings, storefront optimization, and shoppable content strategy Manage TikTok Shop advertising campaigns including Video Shopping Ads, LIVE Shopping Ads, and Product Shopping Ads Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and creators using TikTok native tools and external platforms like Euka and Reacher Create content briefs for creators and analyze video performance to identify scalable winning content Plan and execute TikTok LIVE shopping events, including coordination of hosts, samples, and promotional campaigns Stay ahead of TikTok Shop policy updates, algorithm changes, and emerging ad formats Track GMV, affiliate performance, content virality, conversion metrics, and overall shop health Cross-Channel Provide strategic recommendations to leadership around channel performance, product prioritization, and growth opportunities Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop platform-native content strategies Build and maintain reporting dashboards that connect channel performance to overall business outcomes Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer acquisition across both marketplaces

REQUIREMENTS: 4+ years of ecommerce experience, with at least 2 years of deep, hands-on marketplace experience across Amazon and/or TikTok Shop Minimum 1+ year managing a TikTok Shop, including affiliate programs and ad campaigns Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving profitability on Amazon (specific measurable results preferred) Advanced Amazon Advertising expertise, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns Experience managing five- to six-figure monthly advertising budgets Strong understanding of TikTok’s content-to-commerce ecosystem, including how organic, affiliate, and paid strategies work together Experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing TikTok creators and affiliates Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketplace data and optimize performance Excellent project management and multitasking abilities across multiple campaigns and product launches Strong understanding of ecommerce operations, account health, and marketplace compliance

Nice-to-Have Skills: Experience scaling a TikTok Shop from zero to six figures in monthly GMV Background working with CPG brands Experience planning and executing TikTok LIVE shopping events Familiarity with marketplace protection strategies including MAP enforcement and unauthorized seller management
