About the Role

Job Title: Graphic Designer Type: Full-time; Remote Schedule: US Time zone

We're looking for a hands-on graphic designer who can drive creative across every channel our brand touches: paid social, DTC, retailer.com, in-store, packaging, and experiential. You'll concept, design, and ship work that builds the brand and moves the business.

What You'll Do

Omnichannel Creative Execution

Own and contribute to creative across paid, owned, and earned media, DTC and retailer.com, in-store, product packaging, and experiential. Make sure every asset is fit-for-platform and fit-for-cohort, tuned to how people actually engage on each channel. Partner closely with Marketing and Sales to align creative with full-funnel goals, from awareness through conversion and retention.

Concept Development & Production

Concept, create, and direct high-impact campaigns, content, and brand assets that build the brand and deliver measurable performance. Lead creative development end-to-end: briefing, ideation, feedback, and final delivery. Operate as both a creative leader and an individual contributor, owning the output and the quality bar.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Strong grasp of digital design systems, UI/UX principles, and modern web design trends • Ability to think past execution into messaging, positioning, and brand strategy • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Word) and working knowledge of Google Slides and Docs

Bonus points for:

• Headline writing, messaging ideas, or conceptual copy direction • Motion and animation tools like After Effects, Premiere, Spline, or Blender • Al creative tools like Midjourney

Must-Have Skills

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience working with DTC brands
  • Experience creating assets for paid social, packaging, etc.

Nice-to-Have
