About The Role: The NULASTIN® Media Buyer role requires a dynamic, experienced advertising professional to scale customer acquisition and retention efforts through key digital advertising channels including META (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search, YouTube, Display), and new/emerging channels (e.g., TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Programmatic, etc.). This role is ideal for a hands-on media buyer who thrives in performance-driven environments, has a deep understanding of digital ad platforms, and is passionate about testing, learning, and scaling. You will work closely with our creative, marketing, and data teams to drive customer acquisition, ROAS, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across META, Google Ads and TikTok (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) with a focus on performance and efficiency.
  • Own daily media buying operations, including campaign builds, audience targeting, budget allocation, pacing, bid strategy, and creative testing.
  • Test and scale new paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Programmatic, etc.) to diversify acquisition and reduce platform dependency.
  • Be the subject matter expert that leads and develops the paid media strategy behind TikTok Shop to grow and scale the platform.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve CAC, ROAS, and LTV across the funnel.
  • Partner with creative teams to guide ad concepting and asset iteration based on performance feedback.
  • Conduct A/B tests across ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and audiences.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices across media buying channels.
  • Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting and recommendations to stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills

  • Qualifications:
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on media buying experience with deep expertise in META Ads and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of scaling e-commerce campaigns with strong ROAS and CAC metrics.
  • Experience launching and optimizing campaigns on new/emerging platforms (TikTok, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, attribution tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and third-party testing platforms (e.g., Northbeam, Triple Whale, etc.).
  • Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with creative, marketing, and strategy teams.
  • Experience in health, beauty, or wellness DTC brands.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, and landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Replo).
  • Comfort with light copywriting or briefing creatives for ad campaigns.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing media spend for efficiency and growth.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Highly organized with a project management skill set.
  • Must be detail oriented, with ability to multitask.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building and nurturing relationships.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to align strategies with brand identity and customer expectations.
