Job Title: Influencer & Affiliate Manager Type: Remote; Part-time
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Influencer & Affiliate Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing and affiliate partnership initiatives. This role is responsible for building high-performing creator and affiliate programs that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has strong relationship management skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience executing successful influencer and affiliate campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliates
-Build and maintain strong creator relationships
-Track performance, commissions, and ROI
-Develop scalable affiliate strategies
-Coordinate gifting, contracts, and campaign timelines
-Identify new growth opportunities within influencer and affiliate channels
Qualifications
-3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, partnership management, or related roles
-Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns and affiliate programs that drive measurable results
-Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging creator channels
-Experience using affiliate and influencer management platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, Refersion, Aspire, or similar tools
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance metrics and ROI
-Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
