About the Company: We are a fast-growing e-commerce company focused on delivering high-quality products while creating exceptional customer experiences. We are looking for a proactive, high-energy Sales Representative who can act as a strong point of contact for prospects and customers while helping drive revenue growth through inbound and outbound sales support.

Scope of the role: We are seeking a Sales Representative with strong communication skills, sales instincts, and CRM discipline to manage inbound inquiries, support outbound outreach, schedule calls, and nurture customer relationships. This role is highly relationship-driven and operationally focused, requiring someone who can move quickly, stay organized, and represent the brand professionally across all customer touchpoints. The majority of the role will focus on inbound opportunities while also supporting outbound initiatives and follow-up sequences.

Responsibilities: Manage inbound leads and customer inquiries across multiple channels Conduct outbound follow-ups and outreach to prospective customers Schedule sales calls and coordinate meetings efficiently Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for prospects and customers Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates within HubSpot Track conversations, follow-ups, and sales activity consistently Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs Support sales initiatives that contribute directly to revenue growth Maintain strong organization and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment

Requirements: Previous experience in sales, customer-facing, or revenue-focused roles Strong English communication skills with native-level speaking ability Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Strong CRM management and pipeline organization experience Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce operations Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound sales workflows Strong interpersonal skills and high responsiveness Self-managed, proactive, and accountable High-energy personality with strong relationship-building skills

Must-Have Skills
