About the Role

This is a junior, hands-on marketing operations role focused on execution, coordination, and follow-through — not strategy. You’ll support Growth and Brand teams by executing plans, managing details across web, creator, and campaign workflows, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Because this role sits within Marketing Operations, you’ll also partner with Supply Chain and other teams and support special projects across the organization as priorities shift.

What You’ll Do Execute marketing launches, growth initiatives, and brand campaigns based on established plans Communicate directly with creators and influencers (DMs, email, follow-ups, asset sharing) Track creator timelines, deliverables, contracts, and content handoff Support Shopify site updates, including PDPs, collections, landing pages, content swaps, and QA/QC of all web changes Work in Figma to review, pull, and coordinate assets for web, email, and campaigns Share assets, briefs, and updates across Growth, Brand, Creative, Product, Ops, and Supply Chain Partner with Supply Chain to help ensure launches align with inventory availability and timing Support reporting and insights by pulling data, maintaining accuracy, and preparing weekly or monthly performance updates Keep documentation, notes, and project details organized in Notion and Basecamp Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed

Success Looks Like Web changes ship accurately with strong QA/QC Creators are supported with clear, timely communication Reporting and insights are accurate and easy for the team to rely on Details don’t slip — assets, timelines, and handoffs are handled carefully The marketing team is unblocked and moving faster

Must-Have Skills

  • Experience Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
  • Years: 2+ years of experience in this position
  • Industry: Experience working at a DTC e-commerce brand
  • Size: Experience working at a company with fewer than 50 employees
  • Platforms: Hands-on experience working in Shopify, Google Sheets or Excel, Notion, and project management software
  • Done before: Experience supporting creator or influencer programs, working across Growth and Brand marketing teams, reporting
  • Language: Excellent written and spoken English (native or near-native)

Tools & Tech Stack

  • We need someone who has experience coordinator with influencers, content creators, negotiating contracts, and startups in the consumer packaged goods space. They need to be FAST, understand brand, and be an excellent communicator.
