About the Role
Lead inventory reconciliation, transfer order management, inventory controls, inventory reserve analysis, and lot compliance allocation across a growing multi-node warehouse and 3PL distribution network. Responsible for inventory accuracy, operational reporting, stock analysis, and supporting supply chain decision-making across global markets.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5+ years in:
- Inventory management

- Strong experience with:
- Inventory reconciliation
- Transfer orders
- Inventory controls
- Experience managing inventory across:
- Multiple warehouses
- 3PL networks
- Experience with:
- Lot-controlled inventory
- Packaging compliance requirements
- Inventory allocation processes
- Advanced Excel skills:
- Pivot Tables
- XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP
- INDEX/MATCH
- Complex formulas
- Data reconciliation and reporting
- ERP system experience:
- NetSuite preferred
- SAP, Oracle, or similar acceptable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
