About the Role

We are a direct-to-consumer health company operating across multiple brands at the intersection of dermatology and technology.

Our mission is to democratize dermatology through AI-powered personalized treatment solutions, making effective skincare and haircare more accessible to people who cannot afford traditional dermatological care.

We are a lean, high-performance team that moves quickly, tests relentlessly, and challenges conventional marketing approaches. Everything we do is grounded in data, dermatologist-backed science, and a commitment to delivering meaningful customer outcomes.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly hands-on Head of Growth — a true growth generalist capable of combining strategy, execution, experimentation, analytics, and creative thinking into one role.

This position reports directly to the CEO and offers significant influence over growth strategy, experimentation, budgeting, and the evolution of the company’s marketing function across multiple brands.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable analyzing funnels, building lifecycle email flows, launching growth experiments, contributing to creative strategy, and building landing pages using modern AI-powered or no-code tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Experimentation

  • Identify and develop new customer acquisition funnels and conversion opportunities across channels
  • Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing initiatives across the customer journey
  • Analyze conversion bottlenecks and own optimization roadmaps to improve performance
  • Build and document structured experimentation frameworks and learnings across the organization

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Growth

  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing flows including welcome, nurture, retention, and winback sequences
  • Drive incremental revenue through segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle optimization
  • Improve customer retention and engagement through data-driven lifecycle strategies

Creative Strategy & Landing Pages

  • Contribute to paid media creative strategy and conversion-focused messaging
  • Build or mock up landing pages using AI tools, Webflow, or other no-code platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create high-performing growth assets and experiences

Analytics & Reporting

  • Own growth dashboards and reporting processes across acquisition, retention, and revenue performance
  • Develop and track KPIs, OKRs, and performance targets over time
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations and agile strategic decisions
  • Monitor core metrics including ROAS, LTV, CAC, CVR, and retention performance

AI & Automation

  • Leverage AI tools to improve creative production, workflow automation, and operational efficiency
  • Explore scalable systems for creative generation and marketing optimization

Stay informed on emerging AI trends impacting performance marketing and DTC growth

Must-Have Skills

  • 3+ years of growth marketing experience within DTC or eCommerce brands
  • Proven experience scaling brands and managing meaningful revenue growth
  • Strong self-starter mentality with the ability to build systems and processes from scratch
  • Data-driven mindset with strong fluency in performance metrics and funnel analysis
  • Experience designing and executing structured growth experiments
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing and lifecycle automation
  • Comfortable building landing pages and using AI-powered or no-code tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in health, beauty, wellness, skincare, or subscription commerce industries
  • Background scaling subscription-based eCommerce businesses
  • Experience growing brands from early traction to sustained revenue scale
