About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Junior Graphic Designer to support the creative team across digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, and brand campaigns.
This role is ideal for a designer looking to grow within a fast-paced creative environment while contributing to compelling, brand-aligned digital assets that support campaigns, product launches, and day-to-day marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and resize digital assets across email marketing, paid media, organic social, website, and marketing channels
- Support creative development for product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives
- Assist with e-commerce creative updates including homepage assets, landing pages, banners, and PDP support
- Create social-first assets optimized for platforms such as Instagram Stories, TikTok, Pinterest, and paid social placements
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, Social, and E-Commerce teams to execute briefs and meet deadlines
- Maintain consistency across typography, layouts, imagery, and overall brand identity
- Prepare production-ready files and assist with creative asset organization
- Stay current on design trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital aesthetics
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming and creative development sessions
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of graphic design experience, preferably within fashion, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design work across marketing and social channels
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Understanding of digital-first design principles and social platform formatting requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn and grow within a creative team
Nice-to-Have
- Motion graphics or light video editing experience
- Experience creating social-first and performance-driven creative assets
- Familiarity with e-commerce and DTC creative environments
