About the Role

We’re helping our client, a California-based beauty, fashion, and wellness brand, find a Manager, E-Commerce to own and optimize their digital storefront experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving conversion rate optimization (CRO), improving the end-to-end customer journey, and enhancing site merchandising and performance across the e-commerce platform. You will work closely with Marketing, Creative, Engineering, Merchandising, and Product teams to ensure the online shopping experience is seamless, brand-aligned, and performance-driven, while contributing directly to revenue growth and customer engagement.

Responsibilities: Own and manage day-to-day e-commerce site merchandising and digital storefront performance

Identify and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) opportunities across the full customer funnel (homepage, PLPs, PDPs, cart, checkout) Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and site metrics to generate actionable insights

Develop and manage A/B testing and experimentation roadmap to improve conversion and revenue performance Optimize navigation, search, filtering, collection pages, and product recommendations

Collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to support digital campaigns, product launches, and promotional moments Work with Engineering and Product teams to implement UX and site improvements

Monitor site health, QA functionality, and ensure a seamless customer experience Own weekly and monthly reporting on key e-commerce KPIs including conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, and revenue performance

Must-Have Skills

  • 4+ years experience in e-commerce, digital product, or site merchandising roles
  • Strong experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
  • Solid understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies and testing methodologies
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret customer behaviour and performance data
  • Experience managing e-commerce KPIs and performance reporting
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience within beauty, fashion, wellness, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience running structured A/B testing and experimentation programmes
  • Familiarity with UX optimization and digital product improvement initiatives
