About the Role
We’re helping our client find a highly organised and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a growing multi-brand e-commerce business. This role will work closely with the E-commerce Manager to support paid advertising initiatives, Shopify product management, campaign execution, and administrative operations across multiple online stores.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Ads and PPC campaign management, strong Shopify knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and brands simultaneously in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Responsibilities Paid Search & PPC Management Support the management and optimisation of Google Ads and PPC campaigns across multiple brand accounts Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager on seasonal campaign strategies, product launches, promotions, and sales initiatives Assist with implementing and monitoring PPC campaign strategies to improve performance and ROI Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management to improve targeting efficiency Monitor campaign performance and assist with responsive bid adjustments and optimisation efforts Track and report on paid advertising performance metrics and campaign effectiveness Shopify & Product Content Management Update and maintain product listings across Shopify stores Ensure all product descriptions, titles, imagery, and content are accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand guidelines Support ongoing product catalogue updates, launches, and merchandising activities Optimise product pages for customer experience and conversion performance Maintain consistency and quality across multiple brand storefronts Administrative & Operational Support Manage monthly invoicing and administrative tasks across platforms including Shopify, Klaviyo, and Google Ads Support reporting and internal tracking for e-commerce and marketing activities Assist with maintaining organised documentation and operational workflows Provide day-to-day support to the E-commerce Manager across ongoing projects and initiatives
Must-Have Skills
- Previous experience managing Google Ads and PPC campaigns
- Experience working with Shopify and product listing management
- Strong understanding of keyword research, negative keyword strategies, and bid management
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and brand accounts simultaneously
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain high-quality product content
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Based in South Africa with availability to work UK timezone hours
Nice-to-Have
- Experience supporting multi-brand e-commerce businesses
- Familiarity with Klaviyo or other email marketing platforms
- Understanding of e-commerce conversion optimisation best practices
- Experience working within retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands
