About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level Graphic Designer with strong digital production capabilities to support creative execution across paid media, email marketing, and web assets. This is a production-focused role where you will primarily execute, adapt, and version creative across multiple formats while also contributing ideas and concepts that drive performance.
You will work closely with marketing and brand teams to receive direction, manage revisions, and deliver polished, on-brand creative assets on a consistent schedule.
The ideal candidate is fast, detail-oriented, technically strong across still and video formats, and highly reliable in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Digital Asset Production
- Create and adapt digital ad assets for Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and Google Display
- Resize, reformat, and version approved creative across multiple specifications and placements
- Produce high-quality, conversion-focused digital assets aligned with brand guidelines
Video Editing & Motion Content
- Edit short-form video content for paid social campaigns
- Trim and sequence footage, add captions, text overlays, and light motion graphics
- Support creative testing with variations optimized for performance
Image Retouching & Photography Cleanup
- Retouch and clean up product and lifestyle photography
- Perform skin retouching, background removal, color correction, and image optimization
- Ensure polished, premium-quality visual presentation across all assets
Web & Email Creative
- Design web assets including hero banners, homepage graphics, collection banners, and landing page visuals in Shopify-ready formats
- Build email graphics and full email layouts for Klaviyo campaigns
- Create modular email sections, promotional banners, headers, and product callout graphics
Production & Workflow Management
- Maintain organized file structures and asset management systems
- Deliver production-ready exports that are accurately labeled and spec’d
- Respond quickly and accurately to revisions and feedback requests through project management tools such as Asana
Must-Have Skills
- 3–5 years of graphic design experience with a strong emphasis on digital production work
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro or After Effects
- Demonstrated experience designing for paid social, email marketing, and e-commerce websites
- Strong short-form video editing skills; motion graphics experience is a plus
- Advanced retouching skills, ideally within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across brand assets
- Strong organizational and communication skills in remote, asynchronous work environments
- Portfolio demonstrating breadth across ads, email, video, and web production
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with lingerie, fashion, or apparel DTC brands
- Familiarity with Klaviyo email template design and Shopify asset production
- Basic animation or motion ad experience (GIFs, HTML5, After Effects)
