Affiliate Manager – Influencer Outreach & Product Seeding

Overview We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Affiliate Manager specializing in influencer and outreach campaigns to help scale our portfolio of brands. This role is focused on building relationships with creators, affiliates, and ambassadors while managing product seeding and outreach initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, and relationship management, with the ability to drive partnerships through strategic communication and consistent follow-up. Key Responsibilities Affiliate & Influencer Outreach ● Identify and recruit influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and referral partners ● Conduct outreach through: ○ Email ○ Instagram DMs ○ TikTok outreach ○ Affiliate and creator platforms ● Build and maintain strong creator and affiliate relationships ● Negotiate collaboration terms and coordinate campaigns Product Seeding & Campaign Management ● Manage product gifting and seeding campaigns across multiple brands ● Coordinate onboarding and communication with creators ● Track product shipments, campaign deliverables, and timelines ● Ensure influencers and affiliates understand campaign expectations Affiliate Program Support ● Help grow and manage affiliate partnerships ● Monitor affiliate performance and engagement ● Maintain outreach and campaign tracking systems ● Assist with reporting, conversions, and ROI tracking Administrative & Organizational Tasks ● Maintain organized CRM systems, spreadsheets, and outreach databases ● Create and update outreach templates and workflows ● Coordinate schedules, follow-ups, and campaign logistics ● Support marketing initiatives and team operations as needed Qualifications Required ● Previous experience in: ○ Affiliate marketing ○ Influencer outreach ○ Creator partnerships ○ Virtual assistance or campaign coordination ● Strong written and verbal English communication skills ● Experience using Instagram, TikTok, and email for outreach ● Excellent organization and time management skills ● Ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously ● Self-motivated and detail-oriented Preferred ● Familiarity with affiliate platforms and influencer tools ● Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Airtable, or Google Sheets ● Understanding of UGC and influencer marketing trends ● Experience tracking campaign performance and outreach metrics Skills ● Affiliate Management ● Influencer Outreach ● Creator Relationship Management ● Email & DM Outreach ● Campaign Coordination ● Product Seeding ● CRM & Spreadsheet Management ● Communication & Negotiation

• Experience in affiliate marketing, influencer outreach, creator partnerships, or campaign coordination, strong communication skills, outreach experience via Instagram, TikTok, and email, excellent organization/time management, and ability to manage multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously.

• Familiarity with affiliate and influencer platforms, experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Airtable, or Google Sheets, understanding of UGC/influencer marketing trends, and experience tracking campaign performance and outreach metrics.
