About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Graphic Designer to lead creative execution across all brand touch points. This role is ideal for a designer with strong experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, particularly within beauty, skincare, or wellness, who can consistently deliver high-impact, conversion-focused design work.

You will play a key role in shaping and evolving the brand’s visual identity while driving performance across digital and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and optimization of Amazon product listings, including A+ content and conversion-focused visuals
  • Conceptualize and design product packaging aligned with brand positioning and target audience
  • Create high-performing paid media creatives for platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok
  • Develop retail and in-store display assets to support physical distribution channels
  • Maintain and evolve the brand’s visual identity and design systems across all touch points
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, growth, and product teams to ensure alignment between creative output and business objectives
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to internal teams and external contributors (e.g., UGC creators, editors)
  • Ensure all creative output is on-brand, high-quality, and performance-driven

Must-Have Skills

  • 4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads, product packaging, and product listing design
  • Deep understanding of conversion-focused design principles
  • Experience working with beauty, skincare, wellness, or female-focused brands is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

  • Designing for Amazon or other e-commerce marketplaces
  • Creating UGC-style ad creatives and performance marketing assets
  • Exposure to motion design or video editing tools
  • Retail design and physical product environment experience
