About the Role
We are hiring a Paid Social Strategist to manage and grow a portfolio of DTC eCommerce brands across Meta, TikTok, and Klaviyo. This is a hands-on execution role focused on paid social performance, retention marketing, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities Build, launch, and optimize Meta & TikTok ad campaigns Manage budget pacing, ROAS goals, creative testing, and campaign performance Support Klaviyo email/SMS flows, segmentation, and retention campaigns Lead weekly client calls and provide performance updates/recommendations Collaborate with creative, CRO, and development teams on growth initiatives Identify account growth and upsell opportunities Monitor analytics across Shopify, GA4, and attribution tools
Must-Have Skills
- Required
- 3+ years executing paid social (Meta, ideally TikTok) for DTC eCommerce brands.
- Personally managed and scaled at least $2M in annual ad spend with documented ROAS
- and revenue outcomes.
- Hands-on Klaviyo experience: building flows, sending campaigns, segmenting lists, and
- reading reports. This is non-negotiable.
- Comfort presenting performance and recommendations to clients on weekly calls.
- Operational fluency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Shopify, GA4, and Triple
- Whale or an equivalent attribution platform.
- Comfort with AI tooling (Claude, ChatGPT, Atria, Midjourney) to accelerate brief writing,
- audits, and reporting.
- Operating hours that overlap heavily with Eastern Time. The bulk of our client calls and
- team coordination happens between 9am and 6pm ET.
Nice-to-Have
- Preferred
- Some prior experience leading or mentoring a small team. Not required, but a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset. Side projects, freelance work, or something built on your own.
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop, Amazon, or Connected TV.
- CRO instincts: comfort sitting through page tests, audit conversations, and A/B reviews.
- Comfort writing creative briefs and articulating ad concepts to a creative team.
