About the Role

Job Title: Paid Google Media Specialist Type: Full-time; Remote

About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Media Manager to own day-to-day execution across our Google Ads and YouTube campaigns. You'll operate independently within a strategic framework, with oversight on strategy and QA — meaning you bring both the executional chops and the analytical mindset to run campaigns end-to-end.

What You'll Own

  • Campaign Operations — Daily management across Google Search, Performance Max, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube
  • Pacing & Budgeting — Monitor spend delivery, flag pacing risks, and reallocate budgets to maximize efficiency
  • Optimizations — Bid adjustments, audience refinements, creative testing, feed improvements, and structural changes
  • Performance Reporting — Build and maintain clear, actionable reporting cadences for internal stakeholders
  • Proactive Flagging — Identify trends, surface risks and opportunities before they become problems — don't wait to be asked

What We're Looking For

  • Proven, hands-on Google Ads and YouTube experience — you've built, managed, and optimized campaigns yourself
  • Ability to own execution independently — you don't need hand-holding to get campaigns live, troubleshoot issues, or act on data
  • Comfort managing complex, multi-campaign accounts across Search, PMax, Shopping, Demand Gen, and YouTube simultaneously
  • Strong analytical instincts — you can read performance data, determine the right next step, and execute it

Nice To Haves

Ecomm / DTC Background Familiarity with revenue, ROAS, CAC, and MER as primary KPIs; experience with promo calendars, shopping-focused account structures, and product feed management

International Market Experience Experience running campaigns across multiple markets; comfortable with localization nuances, regional pacing differences, and market-specific performance benchmarks

Measurement & Attribution Familiarity with MTA, MMM, and incrementality testing frameworks — you understand the limitations of last-click and can work within more sophisticated measurement environments

Must-Have Skills
