About the Role

As an Email Designer, you will:
โ Design performance-driven email campaigns and automated flows grounded in a clear conversion hierarchy
โ Translate strategic campaign concepts into compelling visual narratives
โ Collaborate with copywriters and strategists to elevate ideas beyond execution
โ Contribute to A/B testing strategy and iterate based on performance insights
โ Build scalable, modular email systems inside Figma
โ Maintain strong file hygiene, naming conventions, and asset organization
โ Ensure designs meet deliverability, responsiveness, and accessibility best practices
โ Participate in structured internal review loops and implement feedback efficiently
โ Contribute to internal creative initiatives such as template development, training materials, case studies, and agency-wide design improvements
โ Contribute to client onboarding and brand system setup

โ Bachelorโs degree preferred
โ 2+ years designing high-volume email campaigns for DTC brands
โ Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-driven creative
โ Proficiency in Figma (required) and Adobe Creative Suite
โ Familiarity with email platforms such as Klaviyo
โ Strong understanding of conversion hierarchy, email best practices, and mobile-first design
โ Experience contributing to A/B testing and interpreting performance data
โ Excellent communication and time-management skills
