About the Role

Our client, a high-growth eCommerce brand in the beauty, fashion, and wellness space, is seeking a Head of Growth to own end-to-end growth strategy, performance marketing direction, and scaling systems across the business.

In this role, you will partner directly with the CEO to define and execute growth strategy across all key channels, with a strong focus on Meta as the primary acquisition lever. You will also oversee Google, emerging channels, CRO, offer strategy, retention, and lifecycle marketing.

This is a high-ownership leadership role where you will not only guide strategy but also help build the internal growth function, including future hiring, systems, and execution standards to scale toward multi–8-figure revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy & Brand Growth

Own end-to-end growth strategy across all channels (Meta, Google, and emerging platforms) Lead offer strategy, landing page direction, and creative strategy in collaboration with internal teams and agencies Identify and prioritise key growth levers (CVR, AOV, CTR, LTV) using data-driven insights Build and maintain performance forecasting and growth projections aligned to business KPIs Lead high-level performance reviews and strategic planning sessions with the CEO Own brand positioning and expansion strategy across new product lines and SKUs Translate strategic initiatives into clear, executable growth plans

  1. Product Launches & Retention

Lead execution of new product launches and product redesign initiatives Build and implement a structured product launch cadence across the SKU pipeline Develop retention and LTV systems from the ground up (email, SMS, subscription models, post-purchase flows) Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, supply chain, and fulfilment teams to execute end-to-end launches

  1. Leadership & Team Development

Lead, mentor, and develop internal team members and external partners Run team meetings, 1:1s, and cross-functional performance sessions Prioritise high-impact initiatives and ensure execution excellence across teams Act as a player-coach - balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution Build and scale the internal growth, media buying, and creative teams over time

  1. Systems & Operations

Build and optimize SOPs to support scalable growth operations Ensure execution is structured, timely, and aligned across all teams Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve performance and efficiency Maintain strong internal communication systems and accountability frameworks Evolve into owning core growth systems and operational infrastructure of the business

Must-Have Skills

  • 3–5+ years in a senior growth, performance, or strategy role within eCommerce or DTC-focused brands/agencies
  • Proven track record scaling Shopify brands to 7–8 figures
  • Strong expertise in Meta Ads, paid social strategy, CRO, and offer development
  • Hands-on experience running paid media campaigns directly (not purely strategic oversight)
  • Experience launching new products or SKUs successfully
  • Experience leading or managing cross-functional teams and media buyers
  • Proficiency with ClickUp, Google Sheets, Shopify, and performance dashboards

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Google Ads and emerging paid channels
  • Strong retention marketing experience (email/SMS lifecycle systems)
  • Experience building in-house growth or media teams
  • Familiarity with subscription models or LTV optimization frameworks
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced DTC environments
