The companyโ€™s Amazon listings across eight international marketplaces serve as the primary storefront for the business. These listings play a critical role in how customers discover products, evaluate the brand, and make purchasing decisions.

This role is focused on strengthening every aspect of the listings across all markets โ€” including content, imagery, A+ content, search optimization, and conversion performance.

The Amazon Catalog & Conversion Specialist will take full ownership of the companyโ€™s Amazon catalog end-to-end. Responsibilities include writing and optimizing product listings, running A/B tests to improve conversion rates, managing localization across international marketplaces, and collaborating with designers to develop imagery, video assets, and A+ content that effectively represent the brand. The role will also support the media team by providing creative assets needed for advertising initiatives.

This is a senior individual contributor position suited for someone who is highly detail-oriented and deeply invested in the craft of ecommerce conversion optimization. The ideal candidate understands how to systematically test, analyze, and improve copy, visuals, and overall listing performance. The role reports directly to the Founder & CEO and works closely with cross-functional team members on product launches and promotional creative initiatives.

โ—Own listing quality across the full catalogue and all eight marketplaces โ€” titles, bullets, descriptions, search terms, A+ content, and storefronts

โ— Create new listings end-to-end for product launches, working back from the keyword and conversion strategy

โ— Maintain catalogue hygiene at scale โ€” every SKU, every market, current and on-brand

โ— Monitor the competitive shelf and respond to opportunities

โ— Ensure Amazon Stores in each marketplace are set up properly and are on brand

โ— Own keyword strategy and on-listing SEO across all marketplaces

โ— Continuously optimize listings based on search performance data

โ— Stay current on Amazon search algorithm changes and adjust accordingly Conversion Rate Optimization

โ— Build and run a continuous A/B testing program to lift conversion across the catalogue

โ— Identify the highest-impact CRO opportunities by SKU and market

โ— Document what works, build playbooks, and apply learnings across the catalogue

โ— Manage translation and localization of listing content across all eight marketplaces

โ— Manage external local translators โ€” brief them, review their work, and maintain quality and consistency across markets

โ— Adapt copy and creative direction for each market, not just translate it

๐—–๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ ๐—•๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด

โ— Brief the in-house designer on imagery, video, and A+ content for every product listing across all marketplaces

โ— Provide the ad team with the creative assets they need for ads, in coordination with the in-house designer

โ— Coordinate with the Senior Amazon Media & Analytics Lead on launch and promotional creative

โ— Ensure creativity across the catalogue is current, on-brand, and optimized for conversion

โ— 4+ years of hands-on Amazon catalog, listing optimization, and CRO experience at a consumer brand or agency

โ— A strong copywriter โ€” can write a listing that ranks, converts, and sounds like the brand

โ— Demonstrated experience running A/B tests on Amazon and turning the results into catalogue-wide improvements

โ— Comfortable managing a multi-market catalogue at scale and keeping it organized

โ— Experienced in working with external translators and managing localization across multiple languages

โ— Knows how to write a strong creative brief โ€” gives designers the direction they need to do their best work

โ— Detail-oriented and systematic โ€” the kind of person who notices when one bullet on one SKU is off

โ— Intellectually curious about Amazon โ€” stays current on platform changes, tests hypotheses, and builds on what works

โ— Uses AI tools as a genuine productivity lever

โ—Experience across multiple Amazon marketplaces or international markets is a meaningful asset

โ— Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages a plus

โ— Designers and the media team consistently briefed well and were supported with what they needed

โ— Operating with confidence and minimal direction within 90 days
