This role is for someone who can step into a partially built product, understand it quickly, and take ownership of finishing and evolving it.

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿:

●Making the current system production-ready

●Building key integrations and automation layers

●Improving usability and performance

●Helping shape how the product evolves from MVP to scalable platform

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗜𝘀 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗼

●A working MVP with core functionality already in place

●A clear product vision and direction (not starting from scratch)

●A system that is partially complete but not production-ready

●A fast-moving, iterative environment where rebuilding/refining is expected

●They will not be designing the product from zero — they will be: Stepping into an existing architecture

●Finishing and strengthening what’s already there

●Building the next layer of functionality on top

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 (𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵-𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹)

The remaining work falls into three buckets:

𝟭. 𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

●Finalize authentication and user management

●Clean up and stabilize data relationships (contacts, pods, campaigns)

●Finish key features like campaigns and onboarding

●Ensure the system is reliable and consistent across views

𝟮. 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 + 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿

●Gmail integration (auto-logging emails to contacts)

●Calendar sync (auto-capturing meetings)

●AI enrichment (filling in context, summaries, and briefs)

●Follow-up system based on relationship activity and importance

𝟯. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗨𝗫 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

●Improve performance and responsiveness

●Refine how the system surfaces priorities (dashboard)

●Tighten the overall product feel so it’s intuitive and fast

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗞𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘀

This is not a narrow engineering role.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹:

●Be comfortable working inside Lovable.dev and modern AI-native tools

●Be able to understand an existing system quickly and extend it

●Have strong product intuition (not just execution)

●Be able to translate ambiguous ideas into working features

●Be comfortable iterating, testing, and refining in real time
