About the Role
Long-Form Video Editor Type: Contractor, ~20h/week :clock1: Time zone: Flexible — minimum overlap with Pacific morning hours required
Long Form editor focused on podcast episodes, YouTube content, campaigns, and session recordings. Precision and audio quality are key.
• Edits full podcast episodes for YouTube: audio cleanup, B-roll, titles, transitions • Edits mentorship session recordings and speaking engagement footage • Optimizes content for YouTube best practices and viewer retention • Strong audio engineering skills — balances levels, removes noise, adds music • Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Audition, or equivalent tools • Spanish is a plus
