About the Role
Job Title: Marketing & Operations Assistant Job Type: Part-time / Remote / Contractor Work Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible / scalable with overlap with US timezone)
Job Overview: We're helping our client find a Marketing & Operations Assistant to support the execution of B2B SaaS marketing operations and coordination of global marketing workflows. This role is highly execution-focused and requires strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and the ability to manage recurring processes across multiple platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring marketing activities are delivered accurately, consistently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities: Manage publishing and scheduling of content across multiple platforms under Marketing Coordinator approval Maintain and update content calendars, workflows, and pre-publication checklists Coordinate logistics for speaking engagements, webinars, and media appearances Execute recurring communications, reminders, and follow-ups using established templates and systems Track, compile, and upload weekly marketing performance metrics into reporting tools Support light copy tasks including editing, formatting, and repurposing content Maintain accuracy and consistency across marketing systems, tools, and documentation
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years experience in marketing support
- operations
- or execution-focused role (preferably in B2B SaaS)
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage recurring workflows
- Experience with content calendars
