Short-Form Video Editor & Content Creator (REMOTE)

A social-native editor who lives on TikTok and Reels. This is not a traditional editing role — we need someone with strong independent editorial judgment who can identify and execute high-performing moments from raw footage without clip-by-clip direction.

• Edits TikTok, Reels, and Shorts with a platform-native approach • Reviews raw source material (interviews, speaking engagements, podcast clips) and independently identifies the best moments to edit • Stays ahead of trends, sounds, and formats — proposes ideas, doesn't just execute • Delivers 10–12 clips per week; same-day edits for time-sensitive content when needed • Applies captions, overlays, transitions, and effects aligned with brand tone • Uses AI editing tools (auto-captions, highlight detection) to maintain pace • Experience with founder-led or thought-leadership content is a strong plus • Spanish is a plus
