Senior Full Stack Engineer (AI-Native)

Role Overview

We are hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer with strong agency experience and deep proficiency using AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to accelerate development.

This is a high-impact role focused on shipping quickly, owning systems end-to-end, and leveraging AI to increase engineering velocity and quality.

Key Responsibilities Own full-stack development across frontend, backend, and data layers Build and scale core product features, including dashboards, analytics pipelines, and AI-driven interfaces Leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to design, write, refactor, and ship production-ready code Architect scalable systems that integrate multiple data sources (Shopify, Amazon, ad platforms, etc.) Collaborate closely with product, growth, and marketing teams (agency-style execution speed) Rapidly prototype and iterate on new AI-driven features and internal tooling Ensure high performance, reliability, and clean system design

Requirements 5+ years of full stack engineering experience (startup or high-performance environment preferred) Strong experience in both frontend (React, Next.js or similar) and backend (Node.js, Python, or similar) Proven experience in agency or high-velocity environments (fast iteration, client-facing pressure, rapid delivery) Deep familiarity with AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools) Experience building or integrating with APIs, data pipelines, and third-party platforms Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and performance optimization Comfortable working with ambiguity and shipping quickly

Preferred Qualifications Experience working on analytics, data platforms, or marketing tech Familiarity with AI/LLM integrations, agents, or data-driven products Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or similar) Exposure to eCommerce ecosystems (Shopify, Amazon, paid media platforms) Prior work in AI-first or automation-heavy engineering teams
