The Senior Manager, AP/AR will lead the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring strong execution, controls, and reporting across both areas. This role will be responsible for driving process consistency, managing team performance, and supporting broader finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead AP and AR operations across processing, controls, and reporting
- Manage team workflows, priorities, and performance
- Improve collections, cash application, invoice processing, and payment execution
- Support close activities and coordination with accounting leadership
- Identify opportunities for automation and standardization
- Help strengthen process discipline and operating efficiency
Must-Have Skills
- Experience leading AP and AR functions
- Strong people management and process improvement experience
- Strong understanding of finance operations and controls
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a high-volume environment
Nice-to-Have
