Manager, Payroll Department: Finance Position Summary The Manager, Payroll will oversee payroll operations and compliance, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. This role will work cross-functionally to maintain records, resolve issues, and improve payroll processes. Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing and payroll calendar execution Ensure payroll compliance with applicable requirements Maintain payroll records, controls, and reporting Resolve payroll issues and coordinate with internal and external partners Support audits, reporting, and documentation requests Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and efficiency Qualifications
Experience managing payroll operations Strong understanding of payroll compliance and controls High level of accuracy and confidentiality Ability to manage deadlines and recurring processes Multi-state or multi-jurisdiction payroll experience preferred
