About the Role
Job Type: Full-time / Remote Work Hours: PST
Job Overview: We're helping our client, a fast-growing eCommerce company, find an Operations Lead to support and optimize their logistics and fulfillment operations.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day execution across warehouse and order fulfillment processes, while proactively identifying and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency and service levels.
Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Troubleshoot issues impacting order flow, processing, and execution
- Coordinate closely with warehouse teams and 3PL partners to resolve operational challenges
- Monitor service levels and track operational performance metrics
- Maintain accurate reporting and operational documentation
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction and manual work
Must-Have Skills
- * Proven experience in warehouse
- fulfillment
- or logistics operations
- * Strong problem-solving skills with a hands-on operational mindset
- * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- * Experience working with 3PL partners is a plus
- * Familiarity with eCommerce operations is preferred
