Merch Operations Manager

About the Role

The Manager, Merch Operations will oversee vendor management and support operational execution across merchandising workflows. This role is responsible for coordinating with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely execution, issue resolution, and improved process consistency.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day vendor communication and follow-up
• Track timelines, deliverables, and operational dependencies
• Coordinate with merchandising, operations, and supply chain stakeholders
• Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate risks as needed
• Maintain reporting and process documentation
• Identify opportunities to improve vendor workflows and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising operations, vendor management, or related operations roles
• Strong cross-functional communication and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong process orientation and attention to detail
• Retail, fashion, beauty, or consumer brand experience preferred
